Dispensing: Frost’s 714-C dispenses soap automatically by placing your hands 1.2cm (0.79”) to 12 cm (4.72”) from the sensor. This product is also universal; meaning, the unit is non-proprietary and dispenses soap and sanitizer from standard commercial suppliers. This allows the end user to avoid getting locked into supply contracts and should save them money on their janitorial supplies. To refill this product, open the housing with the key provided, remove the soap tank prior to filling to avoid spilling into the electronic box, and pour your soap/sanitizer into the soap tank once removed. Once the soap tank has been filled reinstall it into the base plate. When dispensing liquid soap/sanitizer, the dispensing volume is 0.8-1.1ml (0.027-0.037 fl oz.). The soap pump has an estimated life of 100,000 cycles, and has an estimated battery life of 25,000 cycles or 1-year. A flashing blue light on the unit will indicate when the battery is low. Ensure the soap/sanitizer being used is compatible with the pump as the wrong type of soap may damage the soap pump.

Installation Guidelines: For unrestricted access, bottom of the unit to floor must be between 38.1cm to 121.9cm (15″ to 48″). This dispenser comes with standard combination screws and plugs. Mark mounting holes against the mounting surface using a pencil and level. Use a screwdriver or power drill to drill screws and back plate in the desired mounting surface and attach the dispenser. Alternately use adhesive pads on smooth dry surfaces (note adhesive pads not provided). Please note that it is recommended that all installations be conducted by a qualified tradesperson. Failure to do so may result in serious injury. Please read and follow any additional installation guidelines provided with the products.

Maintenance: Normal preventative maintenance and cleaning will keep Frost products functioning properly and may extend normal product life. Products should be wiped down with a damp soft cloth periodically. Do not use harsh detergents or chemical cleaners. For general dirt and blemishes on painted steel or plastic use warm water and mild soap, or a general mild cleaning solution. When using any type of cleaning solution, spray onto a discrete area to test before full usage. After the cleaning agent is applied, wipe off with a clean soft cloth or sponge. It is recommended that soap tanks be properly cleaned prior to each refill as deposits of old soap may lead to malfunction of the soap pump. It is also recommended that users avoid harsh chemical cleaners when cleaning the outside of the unit.

Warranty: If any product or part proves to be defective within 12 months from date of shipment from the factory it will be repaired or replaced without any charge including freight costs when authorized. Costs resulting from the installation or removal of defective products are not covered under this warranty.
