Shipping and Delivery

National Sales ships across Canada and internationally, with excellent shipping rates through a number of major carriers, and we offer prepaid freight to all major centres — Contact us for more information.

For our Winnipeg customers, we’re available Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm.


    •    First order is payable by cheque or credit card (with order)
    •    Upon approved credit, NET 30 day terms will be given
    •    A 2% interest charge will be applied on all overdue accounts
    •    All product shipped remains property of National Sales until paid for in full

Returns and Replacements

    •    Customers should always inspect products on receipt
    •    Any goods damaged in transit must be reported to freight company
         within 24 hours
    •    Defects must be reported to National Sales within 48 hours of receipt
    •    Product may be returned within 15 days of receipt of order for full credit
         (customer must pay freight on returns) - please contact National Sales
         for R/A # prior to returns being shipped
    •    Product must be in full case packs and unopened
    •    Any special orders/custom orders cannot be returned unless defective
         or under special circumstances (deemed returnable by National Sales)
    •    Any damages must be noted on the original bill of lading
